Lunch: Tuna with a TINY bit of mayo and lots of pickles on a pita bread OR chicken, rice, and veggies. Snacks: cheese sticks, sugar free applesauce, quaker rice cakes, baby carrots. Dinner: protein and a veggie. If craving a treat just a BITE of something sweet, not the whole thing
