Life Lately//July-Now

+Pax took the dreaded DAT. He dedicated so much time and effort into studying for this test and it paid off! Love my hard working hubby! 

+Pax had knee surgery 2 days after taking that test. He has had bad knees for a few years now and they were getting even worse! He went and saw a Doctor and they said he just had early onset Arthritis but we both felt like there was more than just that! After a month of doing what the Dr suggested we had them do a MRI and they found a Meniscus tear. He went in for surgery and there wasn't a tear, the MRI had been wrong! He ended up having  a Lateral Release instead and they had to shave of part of his knee cap and realign it because it was tilted and twisted.  Luckily they saw that there was a tear because that's what got us in to have surgery in the first place and who knows if they would've figured out that this Lateral Release was what he needed.  recovery has been going well and we will have to go in and have the same thing down on his other leg in a few months!

+We became an Uncle & Aunt to our new beautiful niece Blakely! She has SO much hair and is the cutest little bug! She makes me sooooo baby hungry!

+We spent the 4th of July with his family and my family! We went and spent the day at the Green Belt. We played games and got our favorite Mexican Crazy Corn and Reeds Dairy Ice cream. The firework show was incredible as always.

+We got to take a break from life and head down to Utah to see friends and family! We went to the Aquarium, the Puppy Barm (Pax wants a puppy soooo bad), I had a sleepover with my college BFFFFFS and we all got spray tans, went to Aubreys bridal shower, spent quality time with my BFF and got manicures, ate at all my fave places, reunited with Sodalicious, and watched another amazing firework show for Pioneer Day

+ Spent a fun weekend with my family celebrating my BFF who married my cousin's little babies birthday. Did that make sense? (BFF+ Married my cousin= baby= cousin) We went to Rexburg Rapids and got fried....and had a cute little BBQ. 

+We went to Wyoming with Paxton's family to celebrate his grandparents 50th. We stopped an got the famous Square Ice Cream, we did the Alpine slide- SO fun, spent some time looking at the cute shops, and went to Bar J Wranglers- such a fun experience!
